Artist Trading Cards (or ATC’s as they are more commonly known) are mini projects, the same size as a standard playing card. They are made by artists and crafters as a kind of business or tag card, to demonstrate their skills. One rule about ATCs is that they cannot be bought or sold. They are swapped with other artists and crafters, preferably in face-to-face meetings. The artist can choose whatever medium they desire to decorate the front of the card and they can even duplicate the same design across several cards to create a series. On the reverse of the card, the artist should write their name, the date, and whether the work is a one-off.
