Let Them Eat CakeMaterials…

To create…

1 Cut your card blank from white cardstock, and trim to the shape of a cake on a cake stand.

2 Cover the cake stand sections with patterned vellum, and add a frill on 3D foam pads. Shade with grey crayon.

3 Cut the cake section from brown cardstock, and some icing pieces from pink cardstock. Highlight with coloured chalks, and attach to the card blank. (Adhere the top of the icing flat and the ‘dribbled’ areas on foam pads.)

4 Roll up and glue two small pieces of brown cardstock to make chocolate curls. Glue on a blob of icing at the top of the cake, then finish with highlights of Frosted Lace glitter glue.

5 The flavours and decorations for this card can be changed to suit the tastes of the recipient by varying the colours and patterns of cardstock and embellishments.
