To create…
1 Crease-fold a 10x19cm piece of blue cardstock to create your card blank. Attach green cardstock across the bottom quarter.
2 Cut three stumps from yellow cardstock, and two bails from yellow spotty paper. Stick to the card as shown.
3 Use orange cardstock to make a cricket bat. Add a purple handle with a black edge. For a shaded effect on the bat, adhere two tones of spotty paper. Mount the bat onto the card with foam pads.
4 Cut a circle of purple cardstock for the ball. Cut and attach a small white dot for a highlight, then draw stitching across the ball using a white crayon. Affix the ball to the bat with a foam pad.
The templates to help you make this card, as well as more sporty creations, are included FREE with issue 42 of Papercraft Essentials.
