Step by step..
Using the collage background technique below with squares and rectangles cut out of an old phone book, make a collage patchwork panel and cover it lightly with gesso or diluted white paint. Allow to dry.
Use spare paper to mask off one of the phone book shapes and add colour using PanPastels. Move the papers into a different shape and use a different PanPastel colour. Keep working until you have a patchwork of different colours.
Add ribbon then stick the patchwork panel to the card front. Cut a label from white cardstock, stamp a sentiment in the bottom-right corner and fix to the card front using silicone glue.
Die-cut several small blossoms from newspaper and colour with magenta and violet PanPastels. Add the button, scrunch the blossom and stick to the card front to finish.
