Step by step..
Create a white 15cm-square card blank and cover the front with green cardstock and patterned paper, leaving a narrow border.
Ink the edges of a rectangle of patterned paper, matt onto a piece of white cardstock with inked edges and affix to the right-hand side of the card front.
Die-cut a label from patterned paper, ink the edges and matt onto a label die-cut from green cardstock. Secure to the card front at an angle.
Add a doily and a length of lace to the card front.
Stamp a girl image onto white cardstock, colour in using Copic markers and Primacolour pencils, ink the edges and matt onto patterned paper. Attach to the card front using 3D foam pads.
Punch a tag shape from white cardstock, colour in the sunshine, stamp a sentiment and add Liquid Pearls around the edges. Thread ribbon through the top, add a button tied with twine and affix in the top-right corner.
Adhere paper flowers as shown, then apply glitter and glitter glue highlights to finish.
