Here’s a bonus project made by Lindsey Hopkins using the Pergamano stencil, parchment paper and patterned paper free with Papercraft Essentials 81
Time to celebrate…
35 minutes
You’ll need…
Stencil, parchment paper & patterned paper (free with Papercraft Essentials 81)
White cardstock
Craftwork Cards Candi
Sentiment rub-on
Ribbon bow
Crystal Ranger Stickles glitter glue
Paper piercer
Ball embossing tool
Foam embossing pad
3D foam pads
Step by step…
1 Create a white 15×10.5cm card blank and cover the front with patterned paper.
2 Cut an 8x10cm panel of parchment paper, then use the ball embossing tool and paper piercer with the stencil to add the border down the left-hand side. Attach to the left-hand side of the card front using 3D foam pads at the right-hand side, then add Candi to hide the 3D foam pads.
3 Matt a strip of patterned paper onto a different patterned paper leaving narrow borders at the top and bottom. Attach to the right-hand side of the card front, overlapping the parchment panel.
4 Cut butterflies from patterned paper and affix to the parchment panel.
5 Add glitter glue highlights to the butterflies and the embossed border.
6 Apply a rub-on sentiment, then attach a ribbon bow as shown to finish.

Thank you so much for the parchment crafting in this months Papercraft Essentials. Even though I have been crafting for a number of years it is the first time that I have tried parchment. I wanted something to take my mind off a hospital procedure booked for tomorrow and it has certainly done the trick. I am now the proud owner of a pretty little butterfly that I will be pleased to use on a card. Thanks again.
