Materials…

  • Free downloads
  • 8”-square card blank
  • Ribbon
  • 3D foam pads
  • Inkpad
  • Corner-rounder punch

To create…

1 Fold the front panel of an 8”-square card blank in half to create an easel card and round the corners.
2 Print out the backing paper from the free downloads and trim to fit the card front. Edge with an inkpad and attach to the front of the card.
3 Print out the découpage sheet and triple-mount the first layer with purple, white, then purple cardstock, leaving a narrow border each time. Trim the découpage elements from the sheet and layer as shown using 3D foam pads.
4 Wrap the front of the card with purple ribbon and tie into a bow, before mounting your finished topper onto the card front.
5 Select a bookmark and use a graphics program to add text and resize before printing. Place two layers of double-sided foam pads on the back and mount onto the card base as shown as a ‘stopper’ for your easel card.

Materials…

  • Free downloads

  • Border punch
  • Greetings stamp or peel-off
  • Silver mirri card
  • 3D foam pads

To create…

1 Print out your découpage sheet and backing paper from the free downloads. Cover the front of an 8”-square card with the backing paper.
2 Trim a 51⁄2×8” piece of white cardstock, using a border punch down each side as shown. Trim a 41⁄2×8” piece of white cardstock and matt with silver mirri card, leaving a narrow border. Adhere the panels together.
3 Carefully cut out the découpage layers and assemble onto the base layer using 3D foam pads. Mount in the centre of the matted white panel. Attach to the centre of the card blank.
4 Stamp a greeting onto white cardstock, matt with silver mirri card and attach to the bottom of the card as shown to finish.
