To create…

Create a 13.5x21cm card blank from Juneberry cardstock and cover the front with patterned paper leaving a narrow border.

Cut another piece of Juneberry cardstock to measure 11x19cm and punch down the left-hand side. Cut out a frame from the free papers and attach to the punched panel, then affix this to the card front using foam pads.

To create the triangle-fold medallion, punch eight 3.5cm squares of patterned paper. Lay the first square with the white side face up and fold in half to form a triangle, then open the paper and turn it around and fold again to form another triangle. Turn the paper over so the pattern side is up and fold the paper in half, open, turn it around and fold it in half again. Open the paper and turn it so the pattern side is face up and hold both corners between your thumb and forefinger and push the fold towards the middle – it will start to fold so ease it into the triangle shape. Repeat with the other seven squares.

To join the shapes together, apply a dab of glue between the fold and insert the second triangle so the top point fits snugly together; continue fixing the others in the same way. Repeat this process to form another medallion and affix a flat-backed pearl bead in the centre of each one.

Attach both medallions to the card front, and add a sentiment panel in the centre to finish.
