To create…

1 Cut out a scalloped circle using the template and punch a hole in each ‘scallop’ using a hole punch.

2 Cut out the smaller circles using a punch or a round tin/glass etc as a template. Decorate the dark blue circle using the different-sized snowflake stamps in the set. Stamp tiny snowflakes onto the scalloped circle.

3 Assemble the hanging card as shown, adding detail with a Sakura Soufflé gel pen.

4 Thread a selection of ribbons and threads through the top hole, then knot to create a loop for hanging.
