Hi Melanie
I’m hoping you can help me with issues I have with my Cricut Imagine. I have tried contacting Cricut.com but have waiting all week for an answer and still nothing!!!!
I have recently purchased the Cricut Imagine and did the updates required. I went to put in one of the old cartridges and it told me it needed an update to use these cartridges, I have done the update but when trying again to use the cartridge it comes up again telling me to do the update which I have already done again and again. I have possibly 8 cartridges that I cannot use at the moment, please can you help????
