To create…

Print the leaf and dotty patterned papers back to back on a piece of A4 cardstock. Use the template to draw and cut the box from the card, then score and lightly fold the box, securing with double-sided tape on the corner flaps.

Print orange and green papers for the box label then resize and print the journaling frame and assemble as shown. Apply rub-ons to spell your message and fix to your box, together with three pearls just above on the lid.

Print the leaf and dotty papers back to back on lightweight cardstock, then layer the vine leaves on an orange paper background before printing.

Die-cut both using the smallest tag on the Sizzix die, ensuring the leaves on the orange piece are near the bottom. Trim and attach the orange layer to the double-sided tag. Ink the edges.

Apply your rub-on greeting to the tag and embellish with pearls. Punch a small hole in one of the tabs on the box to fix your tag with a length of ribbon secured with a bow.

Stamp an apple onto an offcut of printed orange card using the VersaMark pad, and sprinkle with green embossing powder. Heat set the image, then cut around the outline before attaching to your box using foam pads and applying glaze to the two outer halves.
