To create…

Print the leaf and dotty papers back to back on lightweight cardstock, then layer the vine leaves on an orange paper background before printing.

Die-cut both using the largest tag on the Sizzix die, ensuring the leaves on the orange piece are near the bottom. Trim and attach the orange layer to the double-sided tag, leaving the top edge open to create a pocket. Ink the edges.

Print the plain green paper onto cardstock, stamp an apple using the VersaMark pad and sprinkle with green embossing powder. Heat set the image, then cut around the outline before applying glaze to the two outer halves.

Tie ribbon around the tag in line with the top of the pocket and attach your glazed apple to cover the ends. Embellish with pearls and the first part of your rub-on greeting.

Cut a smaller message tag from the printed green cardstock and ink the edges. Apply the second part of your greeting to a scrap of green card, cut around and attach to the tag using foam pads.

Fold a scrap of orange paper in half and cut a small trapezium-shaped tab from it. Secure through your message tag and apply a rub-on heart before tucking into the main tag’s pocket.
