To create…
1 Cut a piece of patterned paper measuring 4×10″ for your photo matt. Distress the edges before attaching to your base cardstock.
2 Sand the edges of the photo, then attach to the left-hand side of the patterned paper.
3 Cut a piece of tape measure, being sure to keep the end intact, and attach with tape and floss.
4 Attach your other embellishments, including the nail and plant ID tag, before adding the title.
