To create…

1 Fold a rectangle of brown cardstock measuring 14x27cm and a rectangle of green cardstock measuring 22×11.5cm. Attach the two pieces together as shown.

2 Using a PC and printer create the phrase ‘Good Luck in Your New Home’ on pale pink cardstock and trim before fixing in place.

3 Use the pop-up house die to create the house shape and decorate as shown before attaching to the centre of your card.

4 Hand-cut a path shape and decorate the edge using a swirly decorative border attached with PVA glue.

5 Cut out a shamrock and a small heart shape. Attach to the card as shown.
