To create…

1 Lightly draw around the chipboard number using pencil.  This will allow you to change the position of some letters if you are not happy with the overall positioning.  I have placed ’13′ right in the middle of my arrangement because that is my title.

2 Once you are happy with the arrangement, go over the numbers using a permanent pen.

3 To highlight the number ’13′, journal in the space inside the number.

4 Lightly colour around the edges of all the letters with watercolour pencils.
