To create…

1 Cut a panel of black patterned paper slightly smaller than the card front. Matt with blue cardstock, and attach. Add a smaller matted panel of the same paper.

2 Cut a triangle of striped paper. Mount onto blue cardstock, and adhere to the card front. Matt a strip of green paper as well, and stick across the front, with a brad at each end.

3 Stamp Ian onto white cardstock, and colour in with Copic markers. Die-cut into a circle, matt with blue cardstock, and mount onto the card using foam pads.

4 Stamp your sentiment onto white cardstock. Trim, double-mount onto green paper and blue cardstock, and fix in the top-right corner. Add the buttons to finish.
