Hi Marion. It sounds like when you selected a location to save the file to, you may have selected a removable drive (possibly a USB memory stick?) that had recently been detached. You need to make sure you’re saving the file to your hard drive. Hope that helps!

where do i go to get this digital scrapbook ? i do not understand what to do however i am reallly excited to trying out this thing unfortunetly i dont know how ! please help me ! =) x

Hi Kiandra, If you click on the link (which is the word ‘here’ that is highlighted in blue at the top of the page) you should be able to download it there. If you are having problems downloading it this way try right-clicking on the link then selecting the ‘save as’ option.
