To create…
1 Cut a 6″-diameter circle from lace card, and a 1×6″ strip of paper.
2 Ink all the edges, including those of the tape, photo and journaling tags.
3 Attach the circle under the top-right corner of the photo and stick the Heidi Swapp tab in place.
4 Attach mesh along the bottom of the background paper with staples, and affix the paper strip by taping it in place.
5 Stick the photo and circle to the bottom-left corner of the backing paper.
6 Layer the tape and journaling tags down the right-hand side of the photo.
7 Paint the chipboard and attach to the top of the circle.
8 Stick the plastic hearts in place, add your title and finish with journaling.
