I have a Cannon EOS300D which is a digital SLR and it is a few years old now. I want a Cannon EOS500D, I have a Cannon telephoto lens so need to stick with the brand, also they are not as heavy as some digital SLRs.

I also have a camera on my mobile phone but I have trouble working that one out! ;)

I have an Olympus 1300 digital, that does me fine for my snaps, but my son is the camera buff he has them coming out of his ears, he's a complete nutter, he will stand out in the cold winter nights taking star trails etc with his camera bolted to his telescope, his latest is strapping a waterproof one to his head while he is sand buggying, he's popped a few clips on You Tube. would you believe he is 45 years old. I was going to put some on here for you to see but they are huge file sizes.

The leaning ones aren't a problem just stick them on an angle to view.

It isn't so much the camera on the head – but SAND BUGGYING!!!!! Well if he can do it do it I say, do stuff when you can, you never know when you won't be able to any more!

You might be able to post a link to them Bren.
