Here are my latest crocheted makes
I'm really enjoying crochet and think I have finally mastered Granny Squares so will be posting a few more pics soon but first I need to make another Puppy Purse for Aiden!

I do envy you being able to crochet, I can only do squares, so anything I make has to be done via a square, see  piccie When I try and go back and forth it sort of looks wrong, so well done you,

This is my latest this is just a continuous afgan square, I just carried on until it was 36in square and used 4 balls of wool! xx

God it's years since I did crochet but really enjoyed it.  My Nan taught me to crochet and knit when I was about 8.  I remember when I was about 10 I was in hospital for a few weeks (nothing new for me then) and I had loads of odd bits of wool so I started  crocheting a circular blanket and like you I just kept going and going.  By the time I finished it covered 3/4 of the bed. 

I love your adorable little owl and now I want to do some as well but there just aren't enough hours in the day.

That Blanket must have been huge!

The owl is cute and only took around 5hrs to make!
