Hi everyone

My name is Christine and i have just found this forum.  I got into card making via doing tapestries and cross stitch but got bored in doing them after being laid up after having an op on my hip and not being able to get out and about.  I then started doing cards and i haven't looked back since.

I love doing cards although i now enjoy (even more and when i get a chance) scrapbooking and i now have workshops that i run here in Portsmouth on a monthly basis.

I have 2 cats – Tom who is 10 years old and Lucky who is about 12 months old.  Lucky joined us only 3 week's ago from a rescue centre as we lost Tom's sister through illness back last summer and Tom has been missing her since.  As you can guess Lucky loves us here but Tom is still unsure but hey it's working out which is the main thing.

I hope to meet up with some new people here on the site and although i do work part time (through ill health unfortunately) running the workshops etc keeps me busy so i may write on  here every day or once a month but only time will tell.
