Hi all

am very new to all this forum / blogging stuff, so please forgive me if I am not following protocal! I'm Jeanette, and I live (currently) in Wembley London (yeah, yeah, heared all the ones about 'footballs coming home' etc!) I would dearly love to make contact with like minded individuals, so am hoping I'm in the right place

Bit of background for you all , am (almost) 46, as mentioned, live in Wembley, love to make cards (seems that sometimes I just get on a roll and can't stop!), have been creating cards for about 4 years now. Most recently am expanding my 'repertoire' into metal-crafting. A little something I'll admit I saw on Ideal World a few years back – am loving it and am hoping to sell some of my bits this year at a few craft fayres.

I do try to get out to craft fayres, mainly in the Somerset / Devon / Dorset area (where my heart really lays!) … ah if only I could give it all up and go and live there … for ever!!

In 'real life', I'm an IT Trainer, which I actually quite enjoy (phew!). Would love to hear from ANYONE, I am Norma Nomates at the mo, so please 'friend me'!

Hi Jeanette

Welcome to this forum. I have found it to be very friendly since I joined. There is a really great challenge each month which is worth entering (can will some lovelly goodies) Also there are some good swaps etc. going on. Hopefully you'll be able to join in with those. Would love to see some of your metalwork.
