Hi I am new to this forum, I am interested in card making and scrapbooking.About September / October time I took out the subscription to Simply cards and papercrafts magazine when the free gift was promarkers.I was wondering if anybody else on here is still waiting for the gift, I have emailed several times and each time am informed they will be with within 4 weeks, I last had a reply to an email on 23rd December 2010 and still have no promarker pens.

Hi Susan

Welcome to the forum and I hope you enjoy it and join in with lots of swaps. I didn't take out the subscription but that seems a ridiculous time to wait and they can't blame the snow and bad weather for the delay. Let's hope it arrives soon.

Hi Susan,

Wecome to COTN we look forward to seeing your makes and playing along with the challenges!

I had the same problem with the promarkers. I phone and spoke to customer services, they had a far higher uptake on the offer than expected I got mine in december but I was told they had a very long waiting list!

Hope you get them soon!
