Got my new computer being delivered some time today. I was so fed up with this one, that I decided have one made to my specs, then I can't grumble about things, it has taken 3 weeks from start to finish, but well impressed with the price etc, just got to get used to Windows 7. I probably won't be up and running with it till the w/end as I have loads to check on before I wipe this one clean.

But really am excited, it's sposed to be my Christmas pressy, but I will have to try it out first, won't I ???

Well it's here, so far I haven't opened the box, but fingers are itching.

Hubby made his old desktop up but he works such long hours now that I thought I would order mine from PC Specialists, I am so fed up with shop bought ones being full of crap I will never use like Napster, but if you take it off something else goes with it, so this time all that will be on there is recycle bin and Windows 7. But have ordered a big one as I do a lot of graphics and this is half my problem why it slows down. Not to mention if I go on blogs with moving pictures it takes forever to load.

Shall I go unwrap it, well it might be damaged in transit and hubby isn't home till gone midnight Wink

It's sat on the dining room table at the mo as I have to much on this one to sort out first.

Laugh I had vision of hubby coming home at midnight last night to two legs sticking out from the top of the box, as it all came in one large box and I couldn't reach the bottom to get it out. So left it for him to do, chicken that I am, well I might have been stuck in that box all night

Laughing sorry but i had to have a giggle there at the thought of seeing a pair of legs kicking frantically from the box. If i were you i'd have both on the go at the same time then you could get used to the new one while sorting the old..

Hmmm what can i make next ???

Not half as much as my head if I had fallen in that box head first.

OK I might go off air sometime this evening, I have transferred (I think) all I want from my old computer onto an external hard drive. So the switch over will take place sometime soon. So if I dissappear then that's the reason. Just hope that this Windows 7 is as easy to come to grips with as everyone says it is. What if it hasn't got all my nice things on that I am used to, oh I could be gone for some time I might get lost.
