Evening folks

Had a good day at the NEC last week. Got a few bargains as well as almost everything on my wishlist. Did anyone else buy the £10 goody bag from the C&C stand? I thought it was a bargain until I got round to opening it today. 2 heat tools but neither of them work, a bumper pack of A5 paper in various colours but when you open it it's loads of little pieces neatly stacked and all white except for the 6 coloured bits on top. Admittedly there were other bits & bobs in the bag but that's beside the point. If they're selling something it has to be fit for purpose. I've phoned them to complain today, call took 15mins as they kept me on hold while deciding what they could do about it and then came back to say they have passed it to C&C as it is not an Ideal World issue. The chap on the other end got very cagey when I asked for an email confirming our conversation but I have got the tracking ID out of him so let's see what happens now.

Rant over, off now to make some more baubles for the shop.
