can any one help?, looking for somewhere i can take my mother in law for a treat to a weekend of crafting and a nice hotel to stay in.

I keep hearing about one in Wales that does crafting and golf but I can't remember what it is called and no idea how good it is but if you google you will probably find it. Something manor?
