I'm looking into which brands are your favourite when it comes to digital crafting & craft CDs. Can you let me know which ones you like the best, and also the ones you don't like & your resons why? I will use this information to make sure the brands you love the most are going into the magazines & onto the Complete Cardmaking coverdisc. In particular, would you be able to tell me which My Craft Studio discs you like the most?

Hi Louisa

I have to say that I am not a great lover of CD's for crafting and only own 2 – one is a my craft studio one which I won in a comp and have never used so I can't say too much about that. The other is from Peerless designs and it is the carousel horses. And I love it. It's very different, the designs are brilliant and it's easy to use.And ideal for quick cards – it also has a fantastic carousel gift box on it – which I plan to get round to making – eventually!  I have never bothered to get into digital scrapbooking as I much prefer to get my hands dirty with ink and glitter etc …..

I have a mountain of Cd's but very rarely used them.

I love the pictures that Joanna Sheen's uses for inspiration  but find the disc's themselves  "samey" very little variation  in the layout! eg only decoupage and toppers and the papers are a little old fashioned in style!

I recently recieved a Popcarn bear disc which is nice. I like this one as you can vary the colour scheme with the pictures. I would rather have fewer picture choice andmore colour variation.

I do used a lotof digital stamps and papers.

I would have to say my favourite is  Pink Petticoat, lots of colour variation and reasonalbly priced too!

Hi Louisa

Don't ask me to choose, I have hundreds of CDs, but I suppose I am partial to My Craft Studio as they are easy to use and you can interpret your own ideas with them, as I buy them for the digital images, I don't like any that are click and print and hey presto you have a card, to me that is cheating.

I like Sharon Duncans "Past Time" discs

I have a few favourites with my craft studio, Parchment delights, Walk in Wonderland, and Magic of Christmas.

I don't like Debbie Moores Discs as there never seems to be much on them.

And Joanna Sheens, the few I have tell me that they have Trojans on them so am afraid to use them.

I don't generally buy CD's.  I have one Joanna Sheen and a couple of Crafters Companion mainly for the inserts.  But my favourite is Polka Doodles, i absolutely love them, very fresh and great resource.

Got a free MCS sample and to be honest it didn't make me want to buy more

I have a few JS cd's and one free MCS which I quite like, am looking at the Parchment one.Generally tho I prefer to use the Dover books I have and make my own on the computer.
