Does anyone fancy taking part in a Card Chain or Card Jam? Basically if we can get groups of 3 together we all make a card blank and put a piece of backing paper on it, then you send it to the next person in the group, who puts an image on it. They then send it onto the third person who embellishes it to complete it and returns it to the person who made the card. You all then have a completed card.

ie person 1 sends theirs to person2. Person 2 sends to person 3, Person 3 sends to person 1.

By the time the circle is complete you have all put some backing paper an image and some embellishments on a different card and recieved a completed card back.

I have done one on another forum I occasionally use and it was really good fun.

If anyones up for it reply to this post and I'll organise groups on 25th June.

Okay Girls here are the groups.

Group 1 – Sue > Adie > Anji (who then sends to Sue)

Group 2 – Bren > Jacki  > Mel (who then sends to Bren)

Everyone now needs to make a card blank and put some backing paper on it. You then send it to the next person on your list who adds an image and then writes a message in the card. They then send it on to the last person who adds some embellishments and a sentiment and again writes a message, they then return it to person who started that card off for them to keep.

Eg

Sue makes her card blank and adds backing paper and sends it to Adie. Adie adds an image and then sends it to Anji. Anji embellishes the card to complete it and returns it to Sue.

Adie does her card blank and backing paper and sends it to Anji who adds an image and sends it to Sue who embellishes it and returns it Adie…. and so on.

Eventually everyone makes a card blank and adds paper, adds an image to a card  and adds embellishment on a card.
