Now that is going to get me thinking !

My Mum has been trying to log on to the site to join in this forum, but initially she was having problems logging on and now she had all sorts of trouble with her phone line, and thus no internet. Hopefully she'll be on board soon and I know she will join in. I'm not sure why peeps don't seem to join in on this site as I have found it very friendly and not as intimidating as some of the bigger sites. Oh well who knows ..

Hi Mel

You're right some of the other sites are very intimidating. I've found many to be poorly laid out so you find it really hard to follow threads and posts. At least this one is laid out quite clearly and has easy-to-read posts but I agree that there are sometimes problems logging on and uploading piccies seems to be an ongoing bone of contention. I found it was picture size that gave me the problem and once I'd sorted that out I could load them relatively easily.

Cooeee…. can I join in???? !!! Have been trying to think what I can do, Google images is a wonderful tool!!!

Agree with the comments about forums – trouble is some of them get too big and often get very cliquey.

Off now to study Google!!
